Tragically, R&B crooner Gerald Levert passed away in his sleep last night. He is believed to have suffered a heart attack and was only 40 years old.
Music has lost another Platinum voice.

Armand de Brignac is the “new” Cristal
Armand de Brignac (also known as “Ace of Spades” or “Gold Bottles”), the high-end champagne featured in Jay-Z’s new video for “Show Me What You Got,” is making its debut in the U.S. this year. Armand, manufactured in France, is being imported into North America for distribution by the Manhattan-based company of the same name. Even though, the company did not enter into any official agreement to place the product in Jay-Z’s video, Armand CEO/President Brett Berish was quick to express his enthusiasm. “We’re delighted to have someone of Jay-Z’s stature include Armand de Brignac in the first video for his new album,” said Brett Berish in a press statement. “Jay-Z has always demonstrated the highest standards and finest taste, and we’re honored to see Armand make an appearance in “Show Me What You Got.” Armand’s unmatched taste and package are a perfect fit for the video.”
The video reaffirms Jay-Z’s decision to boycott Louis Rodere Cristal brand of champagne back in June, following some disparaging comments by Cristal boss Frederic Rouzaud. In the video for “Show Me What You Got,” Jay-Z is offered a bottle of Cristal, a brand he had endorsed on previous songs and videos. Jay motions for the bottle to be sent back, and a waiter returns with a silver briefcase. It’s opened to reveal the Armand de Brignac gold bottle. (Source)

Grey’s Anatomy” star T.R. Knight told PEOPLE exclusively that he is gay. But was this coming out of his own free will, or as a result of the much-hyped fight between “Grey’s” stars Isaiah Washington and Patrick Dempsey?
PEOPLE released a statement from Knight today that said, “While I prefer to keep my personal life private, I hope the fact that I’m gay isn’t the most interesting part of me.”
But the National Enquirer may have tipped us off to the story when they reported that during the fight between Washington and Dempsey, Washington yelled, “I’m not your little faggot like (name deleted).”
The Enquirer said they withheld the name of the co-star Washington mentioned “because of the extreme nature of the slur.”
Grey’s Anatomy’s T.R. Knight is gay, he has confirmed exclusively to PEOPLE.
Calls to Washington’s reps were not immediately returned.

Shopping sprees are nothing new for Britney Spears, but when the pop princess, 24, called the Malibu, California, boutique Planet Blue on October 9, she had something special in mind: a reward for dropping more than 25 pounds! Five weeks after giving birth, Spears is sporting a noticeably slimmer physique – and she did it without a trainer, pills or nutritionist.
“She is not treating herself with food and desserts anymore,” says a family friend of Spears, who gave birth to her second child, Sutton, on September 12.
According to an employee at the store, Spears gushed that she was “a whole new size – an 8,” and needed “all new clothes.”
Spears’ weight jumped from 120 to 160 during the pregnancy, but she she took off the pounds with diet and exercise. (Source)

Terrorist are growing in the HipHop community! Forget about Osama and Saddam, it appears as though Dr. Dre has created a terrorist. Dr. Dre’s original first lady of Aftermath, “Truth Hurts” aka Truth recently while out on tour for the nationwide stage play “I Can’t Stop Loving You”, The Genuis of Ray”, was arresetd and thrown in a Myrtle Beach, South Carolina jail on 9/11 for carrying a dictaphone. When searched by TSA, they came upon a recording device which she uses to remember melodies, hooks and verses for songs. She was further questioned about the device and asked by TSA what the device was, her reply “A dictaphone, what does it look like, a bomb?” shut down the airport and brought in the feds. Truth was questioned by the FBI for making terrorist threats and was subsequently arrested, booked and held for over 24hrs. in a S. Caroline prison before being released with the aid of the production company. Where was TSA when Tupac & Biggie where killed? Can somebody say Drama!!!
